In 2005 Totally Free, Inc. was given the Outstanding Homeownership Achievement Award in Housing Counseling from the Ga. Dept. of Community Affairs!

Our Individual Housing Counseling prepares the homebuyer to make an informed, reasonable decision to achieve their housing goal & creates a comprehensive plan to this goal.

Since 2002 Totally Free, Inc. has conducted Homebuyer Workshops detailing steps to move from renting to owning. Attendees qualify for down payment assistance and low interest loans. We now deliver workshops to 15 counties.

Since 2001 Totally Free, Inc. has offered Debt Management services where the agency distributes client debt payments to creditors on their behalf. Clients have utilized this service to achieve goals.
